We care about GDPR

It is important to us that everyone who partners up with Solvify Digital can do so with the knowledge that our platform is designed in accordance with the GDPR. For us, integrity and security are cornerstones of everything we do, so it is only natural that our service should be 100% GDPR-compliant.

What is GDPR?

The Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies throughout the EU and affects all industries, companies and organizations that handle the personal data of EU citizens. It is a uniform standard for how personal data should be handled that places strict demands on security and integrity. Services that handle personal data act in most cases as personal data assistants for their users. The personal data assistant processes personal data at the upgrade of the user responsible for personal data.

How Solvify Digital is GDPR-compliant.

We have worked hard to ensure that all parts of our platform meet the strict requirements of the GDPR. In addition, we want it to be easy for our users to handle personal data, while we are transparent with everything we have stored and how we then fulfill our role as a personal data processor. That is why we establish a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with all customers and have a Data Processing Impact Assessment (DPIA).

With this we show that we take the GDPR seriously. Our Privacy Policy also describes exactly what personal information we save and why we save it, so that we are completely transparent.

Why our customers handle personal data.

Our customers process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest. This is usually done for marketing purposes because the assessment has been made that the contact has a legitimate business interest in the offer that they convey. This is further motivated by the fact that it is a contact directed at a specific professional role at a company that has an interest in the offer and thus the marketing is not directed at anyone personally.
